Shipping: M H Electronics preferred method of shipping for US and Canadian orders is UPS.
We have US Mail, Federal Express, and other carriers available. If you have special shipping requirements please contact us.
M H Electronics is not responsible for loss or damage in transit, or shipping delays in receiving our products. File all shipping damage claims against the transport company. M H Electronics does insure all parcels against damage or loss unless otherwise instructed.

Warranty: M H Electronics warrants that products we manufacture shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year. The extent of M H Electronics liability under the foregoing warranty shall be limited to replacement, with a similar item free from defect in question. The forgoing express warranty and the obligation and liabilities of M H electronics thereunder are made in lieu of and buyer hereby waives all other warranties, guarantees, conditions or liabilities, express or implied, arising by law or otherwise, including without limitation, and obligation of M H Electronics negligence or otherwise, and M H Electronics will not be responsible or liable to buyer in any respect whatsoever for any loss or damage resulting from buyers use of M H Electronics products.
